These highly specialized vehicles are best covered on their own policies. All homeowners policies and most auto policies EXCLUDE motorcycles and ATV's. Therefore it is important to contact our agency before purchasing one.
Our review of this exposure includes the obvious question concerning injury to the operator. Make sure you have adequate medical, disability and life insurance prior to operation. These coverages are rarely available on a cycle policy.
Sport bikes that have young riders and require full coverage can be very expensive to insure. Be sure to take advantage of special discounts for motorcycle training, safety equipment, and prior coverage.
