I have been a licensed agent for nearly 30 years, and a certified insurance counselor for nearly 25 years. I enjoy counseling more than selling insurance, so if you have a question concerning personal coverage, call me. I am married with three children, a F&M grad, Frisbee enthusiast, builder of the Laserdome, and have volunteered for the Senior Games for many years.

Some people like shopping, but I like shopping for business insurance bargains. With over 17 years of experience, I work with some of the top insurance companies in the world to put together the best "protection value" for our business clients. I completed the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation and am currently working toward obtaining my MLIS designation. I am a tutor for the Lancaster/Lebanon Literacy Council, like long walks on the beach, good books, Pi˜a Coladas... getting caught in the rain. But what I really find satisfying is putting together a solid protection plan while saving my business clients money!

My specialty is business insurance customer service. When it comes to getting policies, certificates and auto ID cards issued, they get done right and they get done FAST! With over 25 years of insurance experience, I've earned my CISR and CPIW designations and received the Insurance Professionals of Lancaster Co's Education Award.

I've been involved with the American Cancer Society "Relay for Life" for over 10 years, and am an Inspector of Elections in Manor Township. Besides scrapbooking and beaching it with a good book, the thing I really enjoy is hearing a customer say "Wow, I can't believe you got that to me so fast!"
